Only if you can live with a little run out

I used this end mill to cut 1/16 aluminum sheet with a DOC of 0.208mm at 254mm/m. It cuts well, but the beating is noticeable even to the naked eye. We have to measure, but working precisely is out of the question. You may be able to compensate for this in software and use this end mill for certain projects, but for a reliable 1/16th end mill, Amana or Onsrud are pretty much the only options at Revain.

Breaks Easy to Assemble Cutting Tools

They worked great when new but are very easy to break. I have a SHAPEOKO and use a range of speeds to make carbide and 4 of them broke in 1 day. The fifth was about to break, but I replaced it with 1/8th of what I could. The cut length is perfect for the thin plywood I use. It generally works if you agree on what to break. I definitely had 1/16 bits that took a lot longer. I have another set to see if I can play around with the speeds to get better results. Will be updated after the attempt.

Good budget bits in cutting tools

I use them to make signs on my CNC router. As long as they work well. I like that they have a 1/4" shank. Saves me changing collets when changing from a larger bit. Each nozzle comes in its own durable plastic case, rather than the flimsy, puffy plastic sleeves that come with most They seem to cut fairly cleanly I've only used one so far but I've looked at all the parts and they all seem to be of the same quality Can't comment on durability until I've spent a lot of time on them but so far so…
