Bought TWICE. Initially, the collars were made of thick but smooth plastic. I had to tape them down to keep them from coming loose, which often happened, and I was lucky enough to find them in the garden. I haven't used them in months and they are dying. Wouldn't reload. I have 3 dogs and bought 2 2-packs so I had enough for each dog. They are all small dogs that bark at every sound. I set the vibration to 50% which cuts them out and they stop. I like it. BUT 2 questions. The size is too big for 10 lb dogs but I can live with that as we only put them in when they are outside. The big problem is the remote design. You are amazing. There is a setting that makes it very easy to switch between two collars with the push of a button. Very easy and convenient. I have used two other brands and this is the best. The loading function is great. I've had collars that required changing batteries and constantly buying batteries was a hassle. Tip: set the vibration mode higher (between 90-100) and the shock mode much lower (5-15). I use 100 for vibration and 10 for shock. I use a collar on my larger 2 year old Bulldog

He brought it to his hand and gradually increased the power to check the levels. Eventually, at level 40, it felt like a slight tingling or thumping.
