Okay not to be too draconian but this is a terrible tool. I've used an arsenal of tools my whole life, I've developed my own tools, and I'm pretty sure in this particular case it's the tool and not the user. The edge is dull, and even with a lot of pressure, all I could do was score the plastic (standard 1/8" acrylic) (the depth was so shallow it would require an atomic force microscope to measure).
