Perfect for clutch covers

Perfect for our 1 7/8 inch ball. The wonderfully soft, pliable material stretches slightly over the ball for a lightweight yet snug fit.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some cons

These are clutch covers

Good product but wish it was a little higher to fully cover the ball to the base. I actually use it to protect a plug on a trailer. However, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Pros
  • Heavy duty
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Nothing like that.

keeps grease off pants; prevents salt and sand from getting on the ball. great fit and protection for 4 wires. Fits my 2" ball snugly and snugly so it should fit a 1 1/2" ball just fine.

Pros
  • quality construction
Cons
  • blunt wrap

Simple and works well

This ball cover will of course cover the ball of the hitch but the main function is to secure and cover the trailer light socket. It is very effective in preventing dirt, road salt and water from entering the connector, thus preventing corrosion. Please note that it will fit a standard 4 pin connector but is not large enough for large 4 pin connectors. I've had it for 6 or 7 years and it's held up well.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I will add later

Especially good for your trailer's electrical connection

Vinyl protective cap for trailer ball is difficult to appreciate. Fits and works. My main purchase goal was to plug in the trailer's electrical plug. It's way better than him dangling and dangling. For unknown reasons, this article cannot be found locally. I used to find it at Home Depot or West Marine but it has been removed from inventory.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Some complications

The old one was good, the one I bought this spring was ABSOLUTELY rubbish.

ZERO stars. I bought one of these EXACT model numbers a few years ago so thought it would be a good repeat purchase for my other car this Spring (2018). I used a new one yesterday and it broke when I put it on a greased 2 inch ball! The vinyl(?) is much thinner than the old one and broke down when I tried to take it off. Reese is either loosing their (former) good name or their quality control sucks Revain won't accept returns because I made the mistake of trying 6 months after purchase.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging

No More Problems With Trailer Headlights

One of the persistent problems with trailer plugs is that if they are left attached to the back of the car and left uncovered, they form a rust-like coating that prevents current from passing through. So when you plug the trailer in, the lights won't work! That's why I bought this device. First you need to clean the electrical connector on both the car and the trailer. Once you've done that and made sure the trailer lights are working, unplug them and put this cover on. You need to pierce the…
