The center of the console was broken when delivered. I keep using it but after 2 days it just fell apart. It took less than a week so I'm using it now without the actual part.

This appears to be a copy of the original that came with the Vizio E24C1. What was I thinking? Either way, it's a great remote and works as it's supposed to.

shit, worked one day and then got possessed by evil spirits. The TV volume mysteriously increased without human intervention. Then the new batteries were dead. Revane sent me an exorcism priest and a new remote control.

UPDATE: The remote started responding after about 5 months, some buttons had to be pressed a few times to work and today it just doesn't work anymore, doesn't do anything Exactly like the original, works great I find that the keys are much more clicky than the original, which I like when the keys are too soft on the original

My 10 year old son doesn't have it easy, but he's not the type to throw away the remote either. He used it without the centerpiece for several months. In the end it just didn't work anymore. I'll be looking for another one but honestly I might just end up buying this one again knowing it won't last long. It works great, easy to set up but so cheap.
