🔧 Efficient and Reliable Retractable Polypropylene Industrial Commercial Compressor Review

I bought in June 2017 now March 2019 so less than 2 years old. I have it installed in my garage and use it occasionally to air tires, remove dust etc. I estimate I use it about 2 times a month. The braking mechanism that allows the hose to stop retracting is broken - it's in constant retraction mode, which makes it difficult to use as you have to constantly struggle with it. Would expect something to last longer. Very disappointing. There is no warranty information on the website.

I have used this product about 30 times in my home shop and I am very careful with it. I even wipe down the hose before pulling it back to keep the hose reel clean. After 12 months and 18 days of using the hose reel, the ratchet system broke down. So now the hose won't stay stretched, making it practically unusable. I've probably used the tube 12 times since I bought it because it was only for inflating car and bike tires and it wasn't often. When I contacted GreatCircles they found that the one year warranty had expired less than a month ago so there was nothing they could do. I chose this for my garage based on feedback from everyone here. I wanted to buy a more expensive one but everyone said this one is good for the money. SORRY THAT THE EXTRA MONEY WAS NOT SPENT. This coil is cheap plastic junk. It was assembled incorrectly at the factory and did not work out of the box. I had to completely disassemble it to fix the latch and hose routing. I got this as a gift for the workshop, I really liked it, it did a good job, it was treated with care. I don't use it very often, maybe once a month or so. The first did not stay in the deployed position and started to retract by itself. I almost got hit in the face by the end of the hose when I gave up trying to grab him to stop him. Within minutes of opening the box, I repacked it and logged onto Revain to return it. This process was so easy! The replacement device arrived a few days later and has been working great so far.
