After 12 months and 18 days of using the hose reel, the ratchet system broke down. So now the hose won't stay stretched, making it practically unusable. I've probably used the tube 12 times since I bought it because it was only for inflating car and bike tires and it wasn't often. When I contacted GreatCircles they found that the one year warranty had expired less than a month ago so there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it as it shouldn't have failed and failure a few days after the warranty expired only adds to the frustration.
