I was initially very satisfied with this bag. The variable size is great and has replaced my commuter backpack and comfortably fits my laptop, lock and change of clothes. Love the side pocket for keys, wallet etc. I had it on my bike for about a month but today one of the clasps holding the top part of the bag broke while riding and the bottom of the bag ended up in my pocket.
