I was initially very satisfied with this bag. The variable size is great and has replaced my commuter backpack and comfortably fits my laptop, lock and change of clothes. Love the side pocket for keys, wallet etc. I had it on my bike for about a month but today one of the clasps holding the top part of the bag broke while riding and the bottom of the bag ended up in my pocket. Spoke for a half mile or so until I could stop and figure it out. There is no way to fix the broken clasp and the nut holding it in place is permanently attached to the bag and the clip cannot be reattached. I haven't ridden particularly fast over particularly rough terrain, so it's just a case of cheap materials that don't last very long. Now I'm going to replace this case with a model from a competitor of the company. A month is too short for a $50 bag.
