Product arrived in poor condition

steering wheel arrived on time. The box looked great on Amazon but when opened the Rhox packaging was badly crumpled and the zip ties had already been severed. It looks pretty clear that this was a return. The thread is also loosened at the top. I could pull it out if I wanted to. I like the bike. It feels great and looks great. I will come back and order another one and hope for something better.

Do the screws have to be proprietary?

Love this handlebar but had trouble with the screws that came with it. One of the included chrome pieces was not properly machined and would not screw into the hole. Black oxide screws included - the button head of the cap screw was too large to fit the countersunk holes on the steering wheel. Let me tell you, I have no idea what size pan head screws they use, but I haven't been able to find them in life. Normal 10x32 are too big. I emailed the supplier to get more but I was too impatient to…
