Works very well. The process you have to go through to get started is a little annoying, but you get used to it after a while.

jammed and broke my head JobMax. The plastic waste crumbled in my hands. Under no circumstances should you sell it, as this will destroy the instrument by a multiple of its value. Would give MINUS five stars if I could.

I love this accessory, have used my dremel accessory with it and it has worked great. I have a RotoZip for cutting, it's not that strong but definitely strong enough to cut most materials.

I bought this specifically for trimming drywall edges around doors, windows etc. It works very well with my multi tool but I had to buy new bits. The "drywall" bit they sent also cuts right into the wood behind it, so don't believe it. Buy some good ones from Rotozip or something. Worth every penny as it's a lot less than most drywall cutting tools.

Ok it's clearly a hard tool so the quality is excellent. Value for money would be 5 stars if I could actually register it with Rigid for a lifetime guarantee. I spoke to a Rigid rep and they explained that only items purchased through their website or home depot are eligible for a lifetime warranty. Well, in my opinion, saving a few bucks on this device was okay compared to the lifetime warranty.

The price of this head is pretty good, but if you plan to register it with Ridgid you can forget about it. I went to sign up for Ridgid online but when I filled out the part asking where I bought it I ended up having to call customer service. When I did this I found out that Escorp is not one of their certified dealers and therefore Ridgid does not guarantee the head.
