After purchasing sunglasses that broke after 3 months of use, I was looking for durable sunglasses. These are made of a superior material that is very sturdy. I bought them with black lenses and, while I have had darker sunglass lenses, they are dark enough that they provide protection against the bright sun. I ordered a pair with the red reflective lenses quite some time ago. I used them for running, driving, etc. I'd bought a few other pairs in ebay that were a similar price point, but the RIVBOS pair fit the best and -- more importantly -- filtered light in a way that reduced glare without making me drowsy.(The other brand I'd ordered was black tinted, so maybe that's why I felt sleepy after wearing them for a while. Update: I have contacted Rivbos through ebay about the coating falling off. Rivbos have sent me another pair at no charge! While the coating won't last, at least they stand behind their product.Original I wear these when sailing my boat. They are good on cloudy days, and great on sunny days. They grip comfortably to your head, and they provide good protection for your peripheral vision. I bought these for night driving and the fact that they claim them to be polarized. they even come with the little 3-D test to prove it. Not polarized! My other yellow lensed polarized glasses passed the test. I like the way they fit my big head, and are confortable and seem sturdy. May return?

This is the second pair of these I have ordered as I really like them and they are really durable. However the rubbers on the arm wore through at the end and is now coming off the arm.

First pair I bought was the black with iced blue lens and they are a couple of years old and still in perfect shape. Decided to buy the transparent grey with iced blue lenses also, but this pair is only 6 weeks old and the blue is coming off. Says I am pass the return date so that is kind of frustrating.

Great fit and no scratches after almost 18 months or frequent wear and taking on and off. However, the rubber coating on one earpiece started to tear around the 12-month mark and has now become too much of an annoyance to keep wearing these.

Decent glasses for the price. I like the look, fit and comfort. However, the left lense likes to pop out occasionally. Despite this and them hitting the ground a few times, they still haven't scratched!
