Cheap Way To Clear Evaporator Codes (Series 4)

A simple gasket replacement will clear many Series 4 evaporator codes. While this gasket is a little more expensive than a regular o-ring, it's cheaper than a new gas cap.

Great Ingenuity - Gas Cap

This prevented the "Tighten Gas Cap" message from appearing - after I removed the pending codes - drove hundreds of miles and this pending code never came back.

Pros
  • Replacement Parts
