🚲 ROCKBROS Mountain Bike Kickstand: Adjustable Side Stand for 24-29 inch Bicycles Review

Used for a mountain bike that I also use to ride easy trails with my wife and kids. I like it because it's pretty easy to set up and take down so I can take it down for serious shipping, but it's still there for family trips. The rubber pad seems to protect my paint from damage.

It took me a little time to figure out how to install it; Didn't need all the attachments which was confusing BUT this is a great quality stand. They say you shouldn't put a kickstand on a mountain bike because all you have to do is throw it on the ground or crash it into a tree, BUT if you paid what I paid for my bike, you need a kickstand. And this is Rock's Bros! Take?!?

My eBike has 29" wheels, weighs about 50 pounds and once I mounted it was great for about 10 seconds then it started to slam gasp highest setting to lowest.I've tried everything to get it to work as intended to no avail.I didn't want to bother removing it, returning it and missing it for days so I ended up with one drilled very small hole and installed a small metal screw.to hold it in place.it worked but....wouldn't buy it again.

A welcome addition to my new mountain bike. You no longer have to throw it on the ground or put it on a stick. Kicksrand is easy to install and my favorite thing is the two points that attach it to the frame which makes it very stable. The stand is well made and very durable. However, I would caution against anyone getting on the bike when it is unfolded. The stand is adjustable, which is very convenient but may have weight limitations due to the sliding hinge.

I bought 2 of these mounts last year. I think it's great. It is relatively easy to install, you will need an Allen key to screw the stand on. There is extra strength as the kickstand is designed to hold 2 frame pieces on the rear wheel. I like that it attaches to the rear wheel because the pedals don't get in the way of the kickstand (when it's down) when you're about to move the bike backwards.
