Great product but needs some tweaking

I love the ability to be able to see our entire operation in one place. The ability to be able to see what our customers are doing at any given time. This is a great tool for our team. I wish we could have more options when it comes to customizing the system. We have had to get used to the fact that it is not a "one size fits all" kind of system. I would like to see more options for customizing the system. We use RocketOS to see when our customers are in the park and have a better idea of when

  • Seeing everything from customer check ins, guest feedback etc..all together makes life easier! It's nice having an overview instead being buried under multiple screens with different platforms just trying figure out how they work or where things fit into your business plan/planning process..it helps you stay organized!!!!! :) :D And also if there was ever something wrong such as someone losing their
