I really like this sofa cover a lot. It is very soft and comfortable and definitely feels soft like chenille. The fabric is thin but seems substantial enough, like upholstery fabric, and it is supposed to be machine washable. I haven't had it long enough to need to launder it, but I think that the fact that it is not too thick will mean it will be easier to wash and dry in a regular washer and dryer.I got the color Patterndy13 and it is a nice neutral gray color with a white geometric design. As for it's purpose it is good. It isn't really soft but it's not hard either. It is very durable and easy to sit on. The color though in the picture is different than what I received. It's more of a jean color blue and design. I have put on the couch to catch cat hair and keep my couch from getting dirty and it has helped a lot. It's pretty big and thick.

The couch cover is super soft. I was disappointed to see that not all the sides are the soft kinda frilly stuff (my second picture). I love that this sofa cover is hefty, and very well made. It is a thick, waterproof material on the sitting side, and yet it's very soft. The bottom feels like a rubber backing in that there are tiny rubber dots all over the back. This is a very well made product. It's easy to wash, waterproof, and will protect the couch well. We have a house full of children so it wasn't long before it was coming off or they were pulling it down. A lot of adjusting and readjusting was done and eventually I took it off. Our couch also doesn't sit up against a wall, which is important with this cover because it doesn't fully drape around the back side.It's an excellent product, just not great for us!

I have an irregular sofa - it has an l-shape chaise on one end, and an angle (not quite u shape) on the other end. No standard cover is going to work for this couch! The green is gorgeous. I use these on my couches and beds because we have smelly dogs. Theyre my go-to for quilt and couch covers at this point. They can cover my queen bed adequately, even turned vertical. They have some weight to them so they stay put when the dogs jump up and disembark the couch, which is actually hard to find in a cover. Other commenters mentioned this cover was not as thick as expected, did not hold up in the wash, lacked water repellency, etc. Well it's thicker than a bed sheet, it hasn't been washed yet, and no liquids have come close to it. One cat, one small dog, no kids in this household. What we plan to use it for is keeping the cat's hair off our fancy new 8-foot tuxedo couch. So it should hold up. This doesn’t feel at all like the usual stretchy covers—it has a nice, close-cropped brushed cotton feel, like upholstery fabric. The bottom layer is non-slip, and seems like it’ll prevent spills etc from getting through to the chair underneath. The colour is very neutral, and true to the image.

It looks fantastic and is a great feel as far as texture goes. Only problem is it is the tiniest bit too small for my three cushion couch. If no one is sitting on it no one would notice. Once you sit though it does fold in and is too small to cover the cough. Great for my dog though!
