Super cool tank cap!

Why Buy a $50 Gas Cap? Because the factory cover was cheap junk, and besides, I was drunk and looking for some kind of mod. Super cool gas cap!

Not worth the money

Bought a few weeks ago looked great on my jeep but broke about a week ago when I put it back on. Now I have to keep the top in my car to be able to open the gas cap

Looks good, doesn't work well

It was only on 2 days before it issued the code. Replaced drain cap, cleared code, no problem. The quality of the construction leaves a lot to be desired in terms of emissions. If you're willing to clean your code every other day or just use the show cap, I suspect it will work. I returned mine with no problems.

HEAVY Duty fuel cap - but then.

The weight of this gas cap is impressive. UPDATE: 45 days later I was getting warning lights on the dash and they were causing the gas cap gasket to be imperfect. Erased, cleaned, reset. It still happened. After a few weeks of factory reset, I reverted to the stock gas cap and the problem was solved.

Great 4 star product badly in need of a strap to bring it up to 5 stars

It's a bit pricey for a gas cap but well worth it. Installation was very easy, you literally unscrew the previous cover and install the new one. It took less than a minute. It looks well made and solid. It has an internal locking mechanism that over-tightens, which is nice. All black including the inner frame. My only complaint is the lack of a lanyard or lanyard attachment. There is no loose or loose feeling when tightening. Just be careful not to lose it when filling up at a gas station.

That's a gas cap. But that's a great gas cap!

1) It's metal! 2) My check engine light went out when I put it on. 3) Looks WAY better than a crappy plastic drain cap. A believable story; Last week my check engine light came on for the second time in 6 weeks. I went to my local mechanic and asked him to use his scanner and as expected it was my gas cap again.
