excellent product for sending fuel

that worked great, exactly the part I needed! OEM part was 300.00 but no longer available. It was 11pm right outside my door

Excellent quality: spare parts

Since we bought the pontoon I have changed two sensors and sensors. We installed them all since our boat didn't have a fuel gauge. This sensor is much better made and easy to install. Fingers crossed that this one lasts much longer!

Good device for the price

Easy installation on a restored boat. The only problem is that the connector and cables to the sensor are flimsy and fragile. I had to seal the cap with tape to keep it inside. The plastic feet on the shroud that hold the connector are too thin to support the foam insert. Otherwise it's a good value so far. There will be an update on performance in 10 years if we're still on the planet.

It changes level in 15-16 steps, not analogous

The system is normal for the money, there is no moving float arm to break, probably longer in my boat but. It changes level in about 16 steps, not analog. This device is powered by a reed switch I assume. A magnetic float slides up and down the bar, stepping through the resistance. So when you're almost completely discharged, it drops from 8% to zero. Or 100%-92% 86% 78% etc step by step. However, I would buy again for a cheap pressure gauge.
