Bought this to fix an old molding on our old trailer. At first I was a bit disappointed as it looked very flimsy, but it worked really well. I think it's probably the same thickness as the original, but since it's new and I installed it on a hot day, it was pretty warm on its own and very flexible! My trailer's storage compartment vinyl trim has become quite odd and discolored. No amount of detergent or cleaner is going to get rid of those black spots, so a replacement was a must.
