The throttle linkage on the carb has rubbed the 'neck' of this part so I had to undermine it significantly. Maybe it wasn't designed for my edelbrock?

Looks good but the Edelbrock carb required a good grind to loosen the connection. Not a big problem as this is a cheap kit so I gave it a 4/5 star rating.

The sturdy mount worked well on my standard C10 throttle cable with some very minor modifications at the end of the cable to make room. Comes with both square and round throttle cable adapters which is a nice touch.

Had to cut a linkage on a Edelbrock 600 carb and I also had to order a GM bracket from JEG that bolts directly to this bracket Seems to be Matches the color and everything perfectly. Anything and everything is not bad for the price.

Unfortunately I couldn't install this. The mounting holes correctly line up with the Holley Sniper EFI, but the throttle body opening and closing mechanism sticks out too far to not clear. Looks well built and if it worked it would be great but unfortunately it doesn't fit.

Works great and fits my Holley 650dp on SBC with no problems. I converted my Chevy 55 to cable throttle so I can't say if it works well with traction. It is easy to adjust and quickly returns the throttle to its original position. It is strange to think that other manufacturers charge 3-4 times more than this one for the same design.

Even though it says professional installation is recommended, I did it myself and you can too! It's very easy if you've worked with any type of throttle body bracket before, only it's 10x better. The recoil adjustment is awesome and the throttle adjustment is just as great. If you have a factory cable and a square cable set, you're good to go. For the aftermarket (I used Lokar) you need to use a washer on the cable adjuster (both sides) to hold the cable in place.
