Rubber like Seal best in Seals

Very smooth plastic/rubber toughness after 2 coats. Can't complain about the price. Build a barn on a slab treated with it and will not split the concrete. Hit the cheap ones

Pros
  • Removable in 2-4 hours
Cons
  • Updates available

Easy to use. - Seals

Can't comment on durability yet but application is very easy. I sprayed it on a 6 hour cooker and initially got a striking color contrast effect. Almost neon blue. It soon became translucent and dry enough to saw through control seams in about two hours. The record will be two weeks old tomorrow and has no cracks. Even in the control joints it seems to be doing its job of keeping the moisture high while the concrete hardens.

Pros
  • Low VOC water based compound
Cons
  • Small items

Simple app and great coverage!

I bought this to seal a new panel of just over 1700mΒ². ft. 1500 sq. feet have been carefully finished, and the entrance apron of 200 sq. ft. ft. was about done so I was worried I wouldn't be able to cover everything. The product makes a world of difference on finely finished new concrete as I was able to apply a good first coat over the entire 1700 square foot surface and seal the sides of the slab to cure. .Enough left to apply a second coat to the entire "chain wall" for added peace of mind…

Pros
  • Chemical Resistant
Cons
  • Slightly torn
