Good for short trips, not good for long trips.

They're really good for warmth, I've ridden in 40 degrees and had no problems with cold feet. As for the fit, I had two issues: my legs are tight and the waist fits the bottom so I had to pull my pants up from time to time. I'm short and heavy so finding the right size can be difficult. I've ridden them for over 40 miles and because they had a tendency to fall a bit, towards the end the ride became uncomfortable. I will start using them for my short trips and I think they will be fine. Also, it

never mind When riding at 50F/10C or higher.

So after a couple of cold rides at 34°F or 1°C in this kit I can safely say it won't stop cold wind, it will stop you keeps warm . My inner thighs took the brunt of the cold wind and I got hives from riding in this temperature. I would recommend something a little more windproof if you ride in temperatures below 50F or 10C. The fit is true to size, no enlargement is required. I'm 5ft 11", 180-185 pounds, 32" inseam and Large fits me perfectly. The padding is ok, not too thick but not thin…

Looks like great cold climate cycling pants

after a few washes. Not so with these cycling shorts. These cycling shorts are made from a good, thick material and seem to last a long time. The material is almost fleece and very warm. Other Features: Suede is dense but not overloaded; he is feeling well. The tights have elasticated ankles to keep them in place. They have ankle zips that can be adjusted as needed. Overall they appear to be great cycling shorts that will keep you warm in colder climates. I will return them as I live in a…

Very good cycling shorts!

I have to say I love these leggings! I was looking for a new pair of cycling shorts for colder weather and they did the job. It's also fairly wind resistant, but still breathable. This is good for temperatures between 40-30 degrees but depending on how windy it is. If you are looking for a pair of cycling shorts for cooler weather, I recommend these. If, like me, you ride in temperatures below 30 degrees, I still recommend them, but with other Santic cycling shorts over them. With the Santic…

Decent cycling shorts for cool weather

After wearing it a few times I can say the quality is really good. I've used them down to 3.3°C (38°F), which was too cold. They were fine by 43 and didn't seem to get too hot until about 50. I haven't tested them at higher temperatures yet. The fabric is quite thick and very comfortable. The zippers were a nice feature too. The only issue I had was the padding was more than I expected, but they were still comfortable. The maximum distance I've traveled so far is about 18 miles, so I can't…
