ScalaBill is simple and effective automation platform

The system has been very easy to use, allowing us access from all over our organization - both in terms of location as well as time zone differences! I have no complaints about scalabaill so far; it's working exactly how we expected. We are able to see what records need attention across multiple sites with ease. As an example, if one person fills out their form incorrectly but someone else notices that they did not fill something correctly, only 1 user needs to log into the application for us…

  • This saves them money by eliminating extra costs incurred when using external staffing resources who require extensive trainings before performing tasks assigned directly related work processes

Easy way connect various patient record systems together

The ability to search for patients by provider, insurance carrier or location. It's easy to create custom fields that can be used in searches across multiple databases/providers without having to duplicate data entry. Not much I dislike about this product - it does what you need when you need it! Take advantage of all features available at no additional cost. We are able to easily pull up information from different sources (eMRs, EHR) into one database so we have accurate records with minimal…

  • Allows us physicians time back during clinic hours because everything is automated; saves me lots more money than any other system out there as well..great support staff too!! :)

Scalabull - Very user friendly web platform

Easy to set up, can be used for any medical clinic. It is very simple to setup and easy to manage. The data is reliable and has been used for years and it still is functioning well. It has the ability to easily integrate with other programs and data sources we use. We love the ability to set up a custom logo to match our brand. Allows us to easily set up and customize the website. Have had minimal problems setting up but was able to resolve the issues. We are looking for a system that is easy…

  • Very intuitive user interface
  • Ease in creating websites or building sites using different templates.
  • Customization options available within each section so you may change things as needed without having an entire new site build; e.g changing logos etc..and making sure page locations remain intact if desired (e commerce ready)
