I really like this product after I installed it properly. As many have noted, the instructions included are for a set of pens *rather than* a standard type of pens. Schlage doesn't even have instructions for the pen type on their website. This causes a big headache for the last part of the installation. I just got this, I bought this to replace my door knob after my security system put a keyless deadbolt in the system.
