Be careful what you ask

I tried charging some batteries, 2 amps is too low except for the charger and 50 amps is too much, wanted to return but I think I have waited too long screwed up again damn it i hate all these electronic marvels we have today.

  • Excellent design

Buy at your own risk! No support

No service! The item arrived with missing parts, I tried calling the service center on the number provided, but all I got was a series of offers that I wasn't interested in and unrelated to the company or the product had to do I just called the company number to have them tell me the person is unavailable and stuck with me.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • A few little things

Didn't work from day one and have stuck with it for now

I had problems purchasing this unit, support got me through a lot, it worked poorly for a very short time. The support was terrible and delayed me to the point where I can no longer exchange it through Revain and you can't go straight to the shoemaker I bought from them. It would be nice if the company would stand behind the product and make the exchange.

The cord to the wall is quite short

I noticed that most of the reviews on this were on Amazon Vine so I decided to add a paid customer review. In short, I had to use an extension cord. Charged a dead battery and got it back in less than 12 hours. I haven't used any engine start or 6v options but I want to see what % my battery has.

Pros
  • Impressive

  • Unreliable

DOA - Wouldn't charge anything at all

Search and find something that doesn't pretend to be a "smart charger". Their 800 number was helpful - they confirmed the thing literally didn't work out of the box. If it really worked you would still be wondering if it worked or not because it thinks it's smarter than you. Literally - when you need to charge your battery, don't waste your money on a "smart charger". I've seen 3 different smart chargers that couldn't charge standard 12V or AGM batteries because they were trying to be too smart

after buying the 3rd defective block I give up.

The first one charged my battery but it was insanely loud. It also said that my battery was completely empty. 0% charge. It was a standard battery with vent caps. Remove the caps while charging. I turned off the charger about 90% through the charge and went to sleep. I woke up the next day to finish charging and the percentage meter showed my battery at 0%. I started charging the battery and the minute I put the charger on the battery the acid started to boil but it still started out at 1%…

In general it's decent.

I want to start by saying I was excited about the release of this model, not impressed now but it works. I'm not a fan of those cheap electronic push button chargers and this is no different from lesser known brands in that regard. The buttons have no quality, just touch them and they change. You have no way to override anything, the smart charger just isn't smart in general. A fully discharged battery will not charge, you need to charge it with another manual charger first and bring it to…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
