Revain appears to be having serious problems selling legitimate versions of this drive. I ordered 5 of these discs and only one of them was fully guaranteed with a green label. The remaining 4 were gray market, no guarantee, with a white label. You can get such a drive out of a cheaper USB case for about $50. I think this only works with USB 3.0 or higher cables. I have 2 USB 2.0 and a case and it doesn't work with them at all. Luckily I bought a StarTech USB 3.0 to 2.5" SATA III hard drive adapter cable at the same time and it works great with it. - Note that ALL hard drives can fail.
