It is very easy for me as I'm working remotely all of my time! There are many different features that you can use in this software like searching documents within emails or files stored online (Dropbox). The search results shows up really fast also so it doesn't take too long at all before i get what im after with these types o fsearches which makes life easier when dealing remote sometimes!! I like that it is easy for me as an admin user with not much technical knowledge or experience in computer/internet stuff at all but very intuitive! It works well when you have computers scattered around different places (home office). We use this software mostly because of its ease-of-use compared to other programs out there such us Dropbox etc.. I like that you can search everything in my computer as well as have it backed up with their service! It is easy when searching for files or documents because they are all together at once so there isn't much confusion about what has been found already by another user before yours was done looking through them first!! I like how easy it is to use the software once you have downloaded it. It can sometimes take a while for it to start searching so be patient. Sometimes I get an error that says "could not connect" and when I try again later everything works fine. It helps me search my computer for files and other things more easily.
