Great fit. on kayak accessories

These plugs fit deeper into the parapet holes than the last plugs. Soft rubber helps seal better. First deployed on the Hudson River, not a drop of water has been spilled today.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Vulgarity

They GLOW IN THE DARK!

They came early! Bought these for our kayaks and we love them! They do what they say and keep our kayaks dry which is great when our dog is kayaking with us! lol who wants to sniff a wet dog while kayaking lol! (We have kayaks at the top) Great product to buy! We will recommend them to our friends!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Reliability

Perfect for the scupper holes on my boat

When I launch my boat or when several people are standing in the same back corner, some water comes out through the scupper holes. It's fine unless my wife has a bag of towels in the back of her boat. I put them in before we go down the gangplank and leave them in the rough water. Very happy with how they work. Much better than the rubber stoppers I used.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • So far so good

Quality product is the best among kayak accessories

These scuppers are a little larger than I expected, but as they are marked 'universal' I think the size makes sense. I had to modify my Pelican kayak to fit them. I widened the hole just a little and then used a lot of force to fit the bottom ring. It is now perfectly sealed and keeps water out of my kayak during use. I would order from these guys again.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • No automatic

Fits well on my Perception Pescador 12

The product fits well in two scuppers under the seat of my Perception Sport Pescador 12. I have previously tried foam practice golf balls which could still collect water under the seat . The first ride on them was a 4 mile flat water paddle and the seat stayed dry the entire time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to land hop in a sit top perception kayak.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Nothing here

Pretty cool. good for kayaks accessory

I bought these to replace drain plugs on regular kayaks. I drilled the drain hole wider to allow the kayak to drain faster. Thanks to the different sizes, you can drain the water from the yak without removing the cork! I know that's not what they're meant for, well. When I unplug them, they're big and bright (easy to find). The only problem is that the handle broke under the force of a 3 year old. But she is a girl, I communicate with a lot of babes and all the girls are cool.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • hard to tell

Does not fit Sun Dolphin Journey 10 SS

Does not fit my Sun Dolphin Journey 10SS. They were 10 times the size of the hole from top to bottom and I didn't do anything to make them fit. Also, the rubber was too soft. I tried cutting the stoppers to make it work and the rubber was so soft it just folded up and popped out again. I think I just use silicone to fill the holes. I just wanted the factory to just leave the holes sealed and let the owners decide if they need them or not.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Negative present

Not universal - kayaking

I'd like to start off by saying they look like quality scuppers, but the description says they're universal and doesn't quite fit all scuppers . I bought 2 sets for my new kayak. They're too big to fit in the holes unless you use your superpower to partially deploy them. After you partially insert them, they start popping out of the holes almost immediately. thought it would help a little. No, not a bit, now I can't send them back. Ah, lesson learned.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
