The general reviews sounded good so I bought one. It's very uncomfortable. I'm still trying to get it back. You must authorize the return. Their automatic reply states that they will contact me within 48 hours. It's been over a week now. The overall rating is ONE due to comfort and customer service. I haven't used it long enough to determine durability. This may work well for others, but not for me.

I am female, 1.70 m tall, 65 kg. As a commuter, I drive about 10 km a day. The standard saddle caused me significant discomfort, so after reading the positive reviews I gave it a try. I have found it to be very durable after a few months of use - there is no significant wear and tear to the fabric. Don't let them tell their $200 leather seat is the best just because it looks cool. Save your ass and get a seat like this if you're going to be driving for any length of time. Don't waste time looking cool or shedding a few pounds (drink a cup less water if that's the case). I have them on road bikes and mountain bikes. It's not the coolest seat, but they certainly look good. Get rid of pain and feel good.

After riding my new Peloton almost daily for 3 weeks I realized that like everyone said I would NOT get used to the saddle. I could barely drive 20 minutes without stopping because it hurt so much. Spent hours and hours on the internet reading reviews of comfortable women's bike seats that don't compress nerves, don't press on 'special spots', numb or rub the tailbone area. CLOCK.
