🔥 Plasma Cutter Cutting Torch with SG-55 AG-60 Circinus Roller Guide Wheel Compass Review

I bought this hoping to keep the tip from touching metal and burning the tips. I work well for that. Haven't used a circle cutter yet, but I think it will work for this too.

Worked great for cutting the 20 inch circles I needed for my barbecue smoker. My only complaint is that the shank is brass, they mate it with a small diameter thread making it very thin on the threaded end. My plasma hose got caught on it and tore off the threaded end.

I did this job for a Thermal Dynamics sl60 burner. It's not perfect, but it's sufficient. I can't believe I've been using washers and can lids for so long. If you're cutting steel and don't want to drill a hole in the center, get some small donut-shaped magnets to hold the center of the circle. I've also used a donut clip on non-magnetic metals.

All very nicely done. Good quality. The only problem I have is that the guide wheels on the head are too big in diameter. The tip of my flashlight is too far from the metal for the arc to jump on it. So I made some perfect ones at work today. I chose the 1 1/4" diameter instead of the 1 3/8" that came with it. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars. Otherwise it would probably be 5.

Well built but too big for the AG-60 torch. The inside diameter wasn't enough but there were only two set screws in the kit, I drilled and tapped two additional holes, now I have three screws 120 degrees apart and I added slightly longer screws to center them. Haven't used it yet, but it's stable and doesn't wobble like two screws. Smaller shims were also replaced to place the tip 1/8" off the work surface. Tried it on a 1/4" slab and works like a charm.

This product is of excellent quality. However, it has a fairly small diameter center sleeve and does not fit my Lotos LTP5000 flashlight. The ceramic nozzle on my flashlight (LTP5000) is about 1.040" in diameter, which is slightly larger than the inside diameter of the Mohoo collar, which is about .923" in diameter so it doesn't go in.
