Excellent spring mechanism, suitable for COVID-19 cloth masks with straps

Very useful for cloth masks with cloth straps. Tip: Fold the ends of the strap together, then cut them in half lengthways to go through the hole. Put the mask on and tighten the clip. When everything is ready, you can tie the ribbons as usual.

Calling them "Heavy Duty Anti-Slip Springs " as stated in the product description is misleading.

I was hoping to use these to tie sweatpants to pull them together instead of tying them together. The spring isn't strong enough for that - the laces just slip through. Buttons work well on my sweatshirt drawstrings. Therefore, the term "Heavy Duty No Slip Spring" as stated in the product description is misleading.

Easy to use, holds securely and not too hard for arthritic hands

Purchased for making face masks that don't use ears - instead, a continuous cord loop that protrudes from the bottom of the mask goes behind the neck, rectangular Cloth harmonicas are smaller to fit your face and nose and the 2 ends of the cord go through the top of your head - either way these cord locks work GREAT with the 2 ends of the mask. 550 paracord to attach the mask firmly and then release to take off or take off. I've already spent all 50 on masks, now I have to order more!
