A good all round product in all respects, especially for axes.

This product is basically excellent. I think a big part of the appeal of this product lies in its 3-in-1 usage. I only bought this product to sharpen my hatchet and it has performed exceptionally well, it was safe and easy to use and now my hatchet is very sharp. So now I'm left with this all-in-one product that only gives me a fraction of the benefit; So I tried sharpening my machete and knife with a special knife sharpener and then it went downhill. Neither the ax nor the machete seemed toโ€ฆ

Hedge trimmers and scissors that are as blunt as possible

I have to say I was a bit skeptical about this product, but it exceeded all my expectations. I had a bunch of old axes, hedge trimmers, hedge trimmers and scissors that were as blunt as possible; After some time with this product I am trimming and trimming myself to a better looking garden every day. It fits comfortably in your hand and is marked so you don't have to guess which of the three different sharpening zones to use for your particular tool.

Excellent goods! Does what it says on the tin with minimal fuss, just read the instructions.

Need a sharpener for my Fiskar axes (and Fiskar's own brand sharpener gets bad marks) and knives and knives, why not? This thing is great for all those items. Fiskars, three for my best chef's knife, plus swiss army knives and a couple for heavy scissors. You can feel it by grinding down the nicks as you run it over the blades. Blades sharpen to dangerous levels almost instantly. Interesting to use! I need something similar for lawnmower blades!

Suitable for quick work with power tools and hand tools.

I have about a dozen expensive knives and some very good axes and axes. I wouldn't let that thing get any closer than ten feet to the knives. And to be honest, I'm not too keen on using it on axes either. But it's not really scary. I know how to sharpen my tools and I usually don't mind taking the time to get it right. But sometimes I just need a quick touch up or I'm away from my home and tools. That's where this guy comes in. Enough to give the ax a decent not great edge. It's strong enoughโ€ฆ
