Great product with multiple benefits

I like that they have many other versions of their software too, so it's not just one size fits all. It also makes updating easy once you've signed up to use them (as opposed to having to send everything in an email). The customer support can be slow at times but overall my experience has been great! They are very responsive when there IS information available online about issues or questions we might have regarding our account/software; however sometimes it takes time before someone respondsโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy access if needed which gives peace of mind knowing your organization will always run smoothly no matter how busy life gets :) There isnโ€™t much else really..it does its job extremely effectively!!
Cons
  • No complaints honestly maybe could add better graphics
