Replacement Chainring for Trek Verve II Bike

I've been looking for this online for months but couldn't find the exact part. My previous replacement had to be ordered from a local bike shop, but I love the luxury of having it shipped right to my door via Revain. They fit my bike perfectly and are easy to assemble. In combination with a freshly waxed chain, my bike is almost silent.

Perfect fit for my old Specialized Crossroads Sport.

It's almost impossible to determine with absolute certainty what year Specialized hybrid bikes were made, but I'm guessing mine is around MY 2012 (I'm not sure how important that is, but it might be for some). These cranks were a perfect plug and play fit for my 21-speed Specialized Crossroads Sport. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. If you know how to turn a wrench they are very easy to install.

Same as what came from my friend's Co-Op Mtn. REI bike.

Everything went smoothly and seems to be working fine. I went with new pedals so all the threads were perfect and new. I think this is a good idea if your pedals have been bad before. Aluminum is much softer than steel, but years of small movements under load can likely ruin the pedal's steel threads. I haven't tested this, I could be wrong. I installed with lubricated threads to the recommended torque. Don't try to over-tighten the pedals when bolting steel into aluminum. Nice and cozy but not

  • Sports and outdoor activities

  • Everything OK
