🔧 Enhance Brake Performance with SHIMANO Bleed Screw Cap, disc ea Review

Perfect for my DA9170 bleed screw on the caliper. Easy to lose and looks like a Shimano defect. I've lost two so far. The question is not aimed at the seller, but rather at the manufacturer.

Shimano caps are hard to find, but these 1/4" cut rubber vacuum caps fit snugly and look great. at the O'Reilly Store 5 packs / $2.99.

Not an easy product to find, but just the thing for keeping dirt and dust out of the Shimano hydraulic caliper bleed port. I've stored a few.

You can get stuck, tear or fall off when mountain biking. Once they fall off, the bleeder on the caliper can get stuck in the bleed hole, making the next brake service difficult. This is a very simple way to protect mountain bike caliper nipples. It's a bit of a hassle with just one, so I bought five at a time and have already used two of them.
