the only thing I didn't like about them was their limited compatibility with only resin pads. Shimano also sells them and they're reasonably priced, but they're still limited. If you think you can get away with using standard or semi-metal pads you'll ruin the rotor, and if you push too hard while doing so, it won't look nice.
