Description of ๐Ÿšฒ Effortlessly Remove and Install SHIMANO SPD Easy-Off Pedalset for Enhanced Convenience

Allow your shoe to be disengaged by rolling or twisting the foot in any direction. The cleat will even release with sufficiently hard (and considerable) upward force, minimizing the risk of toppling over with both feet still clipped in. Designed to work with all open design pedals.

Ideal for indoor bikes!

Oh! No more embarrassing moments getting stuck on your bike pedals! I used a different type of cleat which caused my shoe to get stuck in the pedals. I use these cleats for indoor cycling and can easily get in and out of the pedals with little effort.

They fit my road bike pedals perfectly

They fit my road bike pedals perfectly. At first I thought they could be a bit difficult to put into the pedal every time, but after a bit of learning I figured out how to quickly hit them every time. They pop out easily when you need to get off the pedal, but not on their own.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Working speed

Great Road Cleats

These cleats make it easier to get off your road bike in the event of a problem such as a flat tire or an obstacle in the way. They make your foot fly off the SPD pedals very quickly and give you confidence that you are securing your feet that way. I'm a woman who always felt pinned down by my other spikes and nervous about being able to safely get off the bike if I had to. These spikes solved the problem.

Where are the base plates?

NOT AS DESCRIBED/SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. It was bought on purpose as they were supposed to be with floor panels. there are no base plates in the package. This is very disappointing and I am now happy to return it. and spend more time searching for the right product. The listing agent should be more careful. They don't broadcast what they advertise.

Excellent boots; very versatile

Exactly what they say. For stepping into a world without clips I recommend these over the single release as they are easier to pin out as there are more ways to do it. a much more natural step to detach in a panic situation. However, when you ride a bike or climb hills, they may come off if you pedal hard because of the multifunctional mechanism. Almost all shoes with cleat attachments accept SPD cleats, and most gym spin bikes have SPD pedals.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Expensive

Ideal for occasional cyclists and beginners.

I like the SH56 cleats over the SH51 cleats. I'm an ordinary cyclist, I mostly ride on the highway. I don't do extreme descents or anything else where a strong, tight connection to my pedals is very important. I don't race or anything like that. I mostly commute to work and ride my fitness bike. So the SH56s are perfect. They keep my feet on the pedals and allow me to easily disconnect from the pedals for traffic stops or unexpected stops. Before that I hated clipless pedals because I keptโ€ฆ

I can no longer use single release boots. I love it!

These boots will come loose if you twist your heel like regular boots or if you pull your foot up and out at an angle like you would in a panic attack. They don't release straight up so I don't think I'll have a problem with accidental release while climbing or anything. It just gives me a little bit more confidence when the conditions are a bit uncertain and I don't get squeezed. Great if you're struggling to gain confidence with clipless pedals or like me, like cleat commuting. but appreciate

Are you afraid of getting off the pedals in a "crash "?

Do you know what's right? Easier, more forgiving "clips" for your mountain bike shoes (in fact, I wear my expensive mountain bike shoes on the "road" too). Anyway, they work and work great. Multiple directions will pull you out of your clips. Moves that are pretty much standard in many "crashes". Now listen carefully. You still need to properly adjust (yes, adjust) the pedals. I "transfer" my pedals to the "easiest" "least stiff" position and work from there. I'm currently using 4 clicks forโ€ฆ

Amazing spikes, incredible increase from generic

I was riding my bike in my own brand of cycling shoes from a bike shop at the mall and was having a lot of trouble pedaling to the point where I fell once or twice because of him couldn't stop in time. Very frustrated I bought a new pair of cycling shoes and didn't realize until I arrived that the shoes had no spikes! So I bought these spikes, screwed them into my new cycling shoes and started cycling. Oh my goodness! Doesn't matter! While my new cycling shoes are awesome, these spikes are just
