The interface is very easy to navigate, allowing me access from anywhere with an internet connection! I like that you can have it all-in one place and share out as needed or desired by your church leadership team - not just limited to having everything stored at my computer alone. I wish there was more flexibility within each section so we could customize our own experience without needing help every time. I love the ease of being able to communicate and keep everyone on track. The ability to add and view contacts. I dislike the inability of being able to create a sub folder or create multiple tabs within the contact folder itself. I would like the ability to have multiple tabs within a contact folder to easily separate contacts by status. I have no complaints on this software. It works well. I love that this software is so easy, it's like having your own personal assistant! The only thing about shining light i don't really care much or dislike but sometimes when you try something new there are little bugs here annd then which can be frustrating at times because they aren’t always fixed as quickly if ever; however we have been able solve our issues with them by just waiting patiently until their next update comes out (which usually happens within hours). I love that it is easy enought for someone who has never used any other organizing tool before, but also powerful like most others would hope when using an organized system! The only thing i dislike about this software as far as organization goes are templates/themes not available everywhere. It can be hard if you've been doing things differently than how everyone else does them because then there's no way around creating your own template which means more time spent learning from scratch…

I love that there is an app out right now with all my prayer requests listed as well as notes from when they were prayed over! If you are looking to be more organized this application will help achieve your goals, it has helped me organize everything about our church including Sunday School schedule updates, monthly service times & announcements plus much more!! I love that it allows me access from anywhere, so no matter where we are or what device is available at any given time there's always an easy way into my email account!
