Shure CVB-B/C Condenser Boundary Microphone produces good sound

The sound quality of the Shure CVB-B/C Condenser Boundary Microphone is very good, better than my Audio-Technica Pro 44. It's not. as sensitive as the Pro 44, but still picks up voices up to 2.5 meters away. Just increase the mixer level. Would buy again.

Decent microphone in Microphones & Accessories

This microphone seems to be more expensive than others in this price range. However, I tried using it with a fairly cheap system and while it works well with close-up sounds, with a slightly more distant source it seems to pick up ambient noise more than vocal sources. I really think this could be fixed with a system that allows for more volume control.

  • weight decreases

When I visited her, I got tired of yelling at her so that she could hear me. Once everything was hooked up and testing began, I was completely blown away. When I first plugged it in I thought something was wrong with the mic or the system or whatever because I could hear the music and nothing was playing in the room. After about 5 minutes of checking it finally dawned on…
