Considering that you can just add 2400x speed storage and an NVMe M.2 card, you're running at a pretty decent speed overall. If you're looking for a fast yet affordable drive, look no further than the Corsair MP300. Although "only" 2-lane PCI, it still outperforms the best SATA SSDs.
