fits my load center Siemens G4040B1200

The metal used on this lock is a bit flimsy and flimsy and I don't believe this item was actually made by or for Siemens. it simply fits on the Siemens load center. Unlike my signature Eaton lock for another house, this is a thick plate of powder-coated steel. Regardless, he's doing his job. Firstly I'm sure they are made in China for less than a dollar but they have short hair. Second, the statement is lame. And yes, you will lose the top two right switch positions unless you change the lock. To install this unit, make sure that the panel cover area between the main switch and the top left switch (generator input) is flat or even slightly concave towards the wall). Snap the latch on the generator input switch into place (install the wires first) and insert the small screw into the

Works great / easy to install

Lock works exactly as intended. No changes required. Parts must not be modified in order to maintain UL approval.” It was used on my Siemens P4080B1200ACU panel along with the Siemens Q230 Type QP circuit breaker and Siemens ECMBR2 mounting kit. Note that the ECMBR2 mounting kit requires a 60 amp or larger breaker for the electrical screw cover to engage. Lower current switches do not have latches that capture the black edge of the cover. In my opinion, operation without this cover is…
