My analysis of this automotive product showed that it had a mislabeled and faulty wiring diagram, causing significant delays in installation and a frustrating user experience. Despite an initial assurance of proper function, the solenoid quickly failed and caused further complications. The only positive aspect was the promptly given refund.

I drove my old 1985 Galaxie. These are the correct solenoids to raise or lower pitch and trim. I have 4 on my boat and I always keep one in the glove box.

I've bought a lot from Revain over the years. I bought two of these solenoids and they lasted one boating season. They appear to be falling apart from the inside with the rivets falling out. Of course, once I was off shore, they went bad and I was stranded. Very disappointed! Best quality in NAPA
