Good product - hardware

I think this product is good and well made. The only thing I have against this lock is that when you slam the door and close it quickly and hard, the batteries in the lock move and change position, allowing you to open this lock without a key from outside the room. But it works as it should if you close the door quietly.

Wait for the orange programming indicator before attempting to enter new codes!

I have seen reviews that say only the standard codes work. I had this problem at first but didn't wait long enough for the orange programming light to indicate it was ready. Once I started waiting for the light it was easy to program. And make sure the lock is in the UN-LOCK position when programming.

Budget Door Lock

We bought this door lock for our bedroom door. After watching the installation video, the installation and setup was quite easy. If you're setting this up in a dark place, you'll have to remember the position of your first number, or hit enter and leave a mistake to make the keyboard light up. The keyboard only lights up when you press the keys. The locking and unlocking is quite noisy, so that also takes some getting used to. We would buy this door lock again.

Excellent smart lock made in Taiwan

This is a well designed and thoughtful smart lock. I unpacked everything and then had to go through all the components and read the instructions several times, but the installation was actually quite easy. . Changing the master code and adding custom codes (various things) was pretty easy. I had absolutely no problems with this setup and am very happy with the product. It works as it should. I customized it to suit my needs... It's a beautiful smart lock and I'm very happy with it.

I love this door lock!

I (a woman with no construction experience) installed this doorknob/lock myself about a month ago. He replaced the old lock and key we had so all the holes were in place. Easy! It was easy to program by following the instructions that came with it. I really love this shop! You can unlock it from inside the house by simply turning the door handle up. And no need to search and fiddle with the key - it's great! I wish I had it a long time ago. As I've only had it 4-6 weeks I don't know how long…

The expectations were justified but the guide needs improvement

I have been using digital locks for more than 5 years. I got this product because ADA now requires lever grips and good reviews. Installation wasn't difficult but I would like the manufacturer to show that the back of the lock can be installed face down or face up. I have a deadbolt on the doorknob. The inside of the Signstek lock could not be installed vertically because the bolt was in the way. I was able to install the inner part down and avoid conflicts. It would be nice if the manufacturer
