There are a lot of USB hubs out there and if I use those cheap 10-port hubs from Anker and other brands I'm going to have trouble powering a lot of devices, especially external hard drives that can use a lot of electricity. At first I was disappointed because it's actually a pair of 10 port hubs and I wanted to connect more than 10 ports to my PC but I wanted to using only one port on my PC (connecting to 2 ports will work, but I preferred to have an extra port available on my laptop for memory cards and the like. Then I realized I needed one of the 10 port -could connect hubs to one of the other 10 ports - port hub which gave me a 19 port hub it works great and is a perfectly reasonable solution.

We have tested many USB hubs and this model works very well - choose model A223 to test the future (bigger amp - 40A vs 20A for this model). price attractive.
