    HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE Siraya Tech sculpt standard resin temperature can be as high as 160?, even when the Sculpt reaches the HDT temperature, it will not soften too much.It is suitable for many traditional processes that require high temperature production but need to maintain prototype parts printing and vulcanized rubber molding. (While we recommend printing at temperature 25C or above, a heater is not required. Please refer to the user guide for more detail.). GREAT RESOLUTION and SURFACE FINISH Siraya Tech Sculpt 3D printer resin has great color, very smooth surface with high resolution in metal grey color.     High Temperature Injection Molds

    After some pressure calibration tests, I chose my exposure settings. Since then I can honestly say the finish is finish, printing tolerances and pretty much accurate. I uploaded to show some injection molds I printed to form my own soft plastic fishing lures. I have two more to print but this gives you a good idea of what is possible with this particular resin. I have poured molten plastisol into these molds at well over 300 degrees Fahrenheit with no side effects such as cracking. I recommend…

    Fine Detail Resin

    This resin is listed for DLP/LCD printers but I am currently using it on a SLA printer. The resin is more fluid than standard SLA resins and you will need to adjust the laser power accordingly. I also use the FEP system and not the PDMS based system. production work. This enables very good detail printing. Every model I've used has very fine/slight detail that would be lost at the small scale I print with other resins. It cleans well with isopropyl alcohol or denatured alcohol, then quickly…

    Used for high temperature and open cast molds

    This is the fourth time I have used this resin. It's the only heat-resistant resin that's cheap to buy. There are other "technical" grade resins out there, but they cost almost twice as much. Additionally, other resins come in proprietary containers designed for specific resin 3D printers. This ultra white resin prints to very tight tolerances on my X1 printer. I am currently working with cast lead. I'm working on improving bullet shapes for airguns. These pellet molds still need some tweaking…
