Not Impressed with this Yarn

As someone who enjoys the Arts and Crafts of knitting and crochet, i was disappointed by the quality of this yarn. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I could tell that this was not a high-grade material. The texture felt rough and scratchy against my skin, making it unpleasant to work with for long periods of time. On the upside, the color was a true and bright white. However, the overall result of my project was subpar. I won't be purchasing this yarn again..

Pros
  • Soft and high-quality yarn material
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with wool allergies

Not Soft Enough ": for my opinion

As a result of my tests, I determined that this yarn is not as soft as advertised, making it difficult to work with. It has a tendency to split and does not hold shape well. However the bright white color is a plus. Overall, I would not recommend this yarn for projects that require a soft TOUCH..

Pros
  • Soft and gentle on baby's skin
Cons
  • May not have enough yarn for larger projects

The softest, highest quality acrylic blend baby yarn

Sirdar and Hayfield were the best yarns when I first started using them many years ago. The Hayfield yarn I used is no longer available so I was glad to know I can still get Sirdar. Not only that, I was able to save the remaining creamy sirdar yarn I had on hand. This yarn makes the softest baby blankets, shawls, etc. I've ever made. They can be machine washed and dried. The yarn doesn't tear or rub your hands, it's the lightest yarn I've ever worked with. There are now many other yarns and…

Pros
  • Stockinette stitch count: 22 sts, 28 rows of 10cm on 4mm needles
Cons
  • Out of fashion
