Good looking, well made and easy to install. Deducted 1 star because you have to cut the chain stays to size with a saw. A less elaborate option would be ideal.

As others have said the instructions are not good. But if you're accommodating enough, you can make them work. I was able to install them in about an hour and it was raining so I gave them a test drive. They work well with spray. I took her commuting.

Modern road bikes are pretty tightly spaced, I can't fit plastic caps but I don't care. They provide excellent protection against road splashes. It's worth installing them.

They go great with my commuter road bike. They are long enough to block most spatter, even front wheel spatter that would normally get into the bottom bracket/crankset area. A bit fiddly to set up, but once installed there are no problems. They fit well on my old Nishiki Century road/commuter bike with Tektro rim brakes and 25mm tires.

Nice wings but with some real issues. For some reason the wings were too long for the 700C wheels. I had to cut off about 1.5 inches for them to work. Also, the front fender was already torn in half just above the fender. I think this may have happened because I noticed stress cracking in that area early on and it goes so deep that it could hit the object. Either way, it's fixable but still annoying. The product itself is well designed and I can see it working as I would like when installed perfectly. However, their installation is extremely difficult due to the requirements of their installation. They are not easy to adapt to missing attachment points on the frame. The bike MUST have threaded mounting points on the front fork and axle, rear chainstays and axle, and seat tube. The main reason I did not return these fenders is that they are (working and installed and not broken) excellent water protection. Unfortunately, the whole experience of owning these wings was terrible. First, the installation was an exercise in extreme frustration. First I started putting the fenders on one day, then had to stop an hour and a half later and take what I had done off so I could ride the next day. It took me an extra hour the next day to install it. The instructions are terrible,
