Leaves haps between doors and wall

Hardware is gaudy looking, overbearing for the doors. Double rail leaves gaps so don't expect privacy between doors and wall. Hardware is cheap and I had to go to Home Depot to buy stronger mounting screws. I also used hollow core doors for less weight on the hardware. I'm am very disappointed with the entire look.

Nightmare experience all the way around

My son bought me the barn door kit for my birthday. Originally we had purchased a different set (June 29 ASIN B086637KKM). These were for my pantry and I thought that the bypass sliding barn doors would be perfect. I went to Menards and bought a set of unfinished barn doors. I spent a few days painting them (a few days because I wanted them two tone). Then it was the exciting time of install.First, the instructions are basically garbage, and I am very good with minor instruction but this was…
