Disappointing Guide Wheel for Bi-Fold Doors

As a LOYAL customer in the Tools and Home Improvement category I feel compelled to share my analysis of this hardware .Unfortunately, this guide wheel fell short of my expectations. The pros include a sturdy build, but the cons outweigh it. The installation process was difficult, and the wheel often got stuck, causing frustration. It`s evident that improvements are needed to enhance its functionality and ease of use..

Not very effective Good for hardware

I drilled a hole as needed and inserted a tool into the hole. The knock prevented the spring from activating, resulting in the wheel mechanism having to be raised. After that I found that the same knocking froze the wheel and it stopped spinning. After playing with the mechanism and poking around in the middle, I rotated it a bit. I still have the parts but expect to replace them with better hardware soon. First of all, I would advise to buy more durable metal fittings.
