It is easy to use and allows my dog to walk around in the back seat. For the first time, I feel comfortable rolling down the rear window so it can take in all the places and smells.

Perfect when my jeep doors are closed. My Jack Russell loves to bungee test and flex as much as possible. They are very durable and I don't have to worry even if she falls out and hangs on her belt until she jumps back in! They are adjustable and very easy to attach with a seat belt.

Our 2 small dogs used to box in the back of the car for vet and groomer visits and hate it. We adopted an 18 month old terrier about 3 months ago. He doesn't drive well. He is very excited and wants to walk around in the car. I ordered these seat belts instead of a trunk/suitcase. That works great! I managed to get the strap to the perfect length so he could still stick his head out the window but not flop onto the floor or into the front seat. He didn't mind being buckled up at all. He didn't struggle with the harness or try to pull it.

This harness works great in my SUV and my husband's F150. Our pup loves looking out the windows, so when we put her in the front center seat of the F150, she'll climb into my lap (I'm usually the passenger) and crush me, so I might have to switch places with her. In the SUV, our pup prefers to lie on the floor in the back seat, but the seat belt is too short and suffocates her. It's very well made, love the color (purple) and would buy more if we ever need more.

We used this belay device 3 times driving up and down the West Coast (nearly the Mexico/Canada border). We also use it every time our precious pooch is in the car with us. It simply clips into a standard seat belt holder and the clip that attaches to the seat belt is easy to use. The cord itself is elastic to provide some cushioning in the event of a sudden slowdown. Works great. We had to hit it once to avoid an accident with someone who wasn't sure where they were going. One way or another, our pup hit the brakes and flew away, but was saved by the suspension and seat belt. Well I don't know what happened. First time using this and my dog was fine in the back seat for the ride to my destination. On the way back, I was surprised to see her climb over the seat and sit on my lap. The harness was still attached to her, but she was not attached to the seat belt buckle! I was skeptical at first but this dog seat buckle is amazing. When I first opened the package it seemed short to me, but I decided to try it first. I was shocked that my dog had enough time to stick his head out of both the back windows. Before I had that seat belt, it was hard to get her anywhere.
